Love
The water is so tranquil
Unknowing of the chaos around
The whole world below
Just continues on
Ever so systematic
Without a thought
Of our interaction
They continue to be
Even when we don’t
Just as true love
Continues on without disruption
Though those souls
May be miles away
Or trapped beyond this world
The fire still burns
Without a flicker
But some people
They never experience this flame
And without it
Their hearts grow cold
Their kindness turns to fear
And their happiness to sorrow
The life God gave them
Is a waste without this warmth
God created us to Love
Just as he is to Love
And without Love
They become cold and unhuman
Uncaring of others pains
And self-centered to their pains
